We’re recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a growing, fast-paced business where you’ll take full control of procurement, logistics, inventory and distribution. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape processes, improve performance, and play a key part in delivering products on time, in full (OTIF) while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end supply chain (procurement → production → distribution)
- Driving OTIF performance and improving supply chain efficiency
- Managing suppliers, contracts and inventory levels
- Overseeing logistics, warehousing and delivery operations
- Leading and developing the supply chain team
- Monitoring costs, performance and KPIs
- Working closely with production, finance and commercial teams
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Supply Chain Manager role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with MRP systems (Sage 200 desirable)
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage change, improve processes and drive results
What’s on offer:
- £45,000 – £50,000 salary (DOE)
- Monday–Friday (early finish Friday)
- 26 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
