Quick Staff UK is pleased to be the recruiter of choice for an established manufacturing business based in the Hengoed area. On their behalf, we are seeking a production operative to join their existing team. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with company Health & Safety policy
- Assemble, test and pack products against required standards whilst maintaining high standards of performance and efficiency
- Test products
- Liaising with colleagues
Key Requirements:
- Able to follow detailed work instructions, procedures and standards
- Able to demonstrate commitment, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must exhibit a positive progressive attitude and welcome continuous improvement
- Must exhibit problem solving skills and be able to assist with implementation of improvements in the manufacturing process
- Must be flexible with regards to overtime availability.
Hours of work:
8.00am – 4.00pm
Monday to Friday
Basic Pay: £12.55p/hr
Overtime Pay: £18.82p/hr
