Quick Staff UK is hiring on behalf of a busy and growing manufacturer in Hengoed. We’re looking for reliable and hard-working Production Operatives to join the team and help keep the production line running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Monitoring parts as they come off a conveyor belt
- Counting and packing items into boxes
- Labelling boxes accurately
- Cutting and trimming small plastic or rubber components
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Following all safety rules – safety footwear is essential
What We’re Looking For:
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- A team player with strong attention to detail
- Someone who’s punctual, reliable, and takes pride in their work
- Previous factory or production experience is a bonus but not essential
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Shift Pattern:Rotating weekly:
Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
