We’re recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support a fast-growing, high-investment FMCG site. This is a hands-on role in a state-of-the-art processing and packing environment where your skills will genuinely make an impact.
If you enjoy fault-finding, improving performance, and keeping production moving — this is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planned & reactive maintenance across processing & packing lines
- Fault-finding on pumps, motors, valves, sensors & PLCs (Siemens / Allen Bradley)
- Reducing downtime & driving continuous improvement
- Supporting site services (steam, compressors, CIP systems)
- Using CMMS / SCADA systems
What We’re Looking For:
- HNC or recognised Engineering Apprenticeship
- FMCG experience preferred
- Strong mechanical & electrical fault-finding ability
- Proactive, hands-on mindset
Freshly qualified? Highly experienced? Both welcomed.

Hours of work:
12hr Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
6am-6pm / 6pm – 6am
10am – 10pm / 10pm – 10am
