Job Description
Are you looking for a regular Day Shift? Quick Staff UK is seeking to recruit Machine Operators to work for its client at the Pen-Y-Fan Industrial Estate in Crumlin, Blackwood. This assignment will last until after Christmas and possibly continue into the new year and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection and packaging of various plastic goods
- A high level of concentration to ensure consistency and fault monitoring.
- If required, machines could be operated on a semi-automatic basis
- Manual handling to include stacking pallets, wrapping and moving pallets on pallet trolleys
- General Cleaning around the workstation.
- Some products may require the use of a cleaning solvent to clean mouldings
- Responsible to fulfil and comply with the company health and safety policies
- Responsible for running more than one machine (when trained)
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience working in factory environment or a similar role
- Own transport due to location
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday (40hrs p/wk)
6am-2pm OR 10am – 6pm
