We are recruiting for a detail-driven Data Input Administrator to join a busy engineering business based in Bedwas. Accuracy and strong attention to detail are key in this role, as you’ll be processing job sheets from engineers, entering part codes and cost codes onto an internal system, and ensuring customer invoices are produced correctly and on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Data entry – Input job codes, part numbers, and costs into the internal system with precision
- General data input and administration tasks to support the business
Key Requirements:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong data entry skills — accurate, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Additional Info:
- Hours: Monday to Friday (choice of 8:00am–5:00pm or 8:30am–5:30pm)
- Free on-site parking
- This assignment is expected to last a minimum of 3 months, however, there is a possibility that it could turn into a permanent role with our client.
