We are seeking an administrator to work on a part-time basis for our client based in Caerphilly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small team and has strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Scanning and processing documents
- Entering data accurately
- Supporting with general administrative tasks
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Answering telephone
Key Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours of Work:
9.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Thursday
(24hrs a week)
