This is a rare opportunity locally to take ownership of Lean projects, improve OEE, reduce waste and genuinely shape operational performance. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analysing production data to identify bottlenecks & waste
- Driving Lean / Six Sigma projects (Kaizen, SMED, VSM)
- Improving throughput, yield & equipment utilisation
- Reducing downtime through root cause analysis
- Supporting OEE improvement & process standardisation
- Coaching teams in Lean & CI methodologies
- Aligning improvements with food safety & GMP standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Engineering degree (Industrial / Mechanical / Chemical / Manufacturing)
- 3–7 years in manufacturing (FMCG, dairy, beverage or process preferred)
- Proven Lean / Six Sigma experience
- Strong analytical & project management skills
- Confident communicator who can influence across departments
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt? Even better.
