Job Description
Quick Staff UK, a leading independent recruitment agency specialising in manufacturing and packaging, is looking to recruit a dedicated Production Operative to work in its client’s clean room environment. This is a temporary to permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving, established manufacturing organisation in the Newtown area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package components following production guidelines.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Order picking and packing while adhering to a clean-as-you-go policy
- Any other factory tasks requested by the management
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Must be results orientated
- High level of commitment and drive
- Adaptable and flexible
- Communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Hours of work:
9.30pm – 6.00am Monday to Thursday
Salary:
£13.72p/hr
Overtime may be available and will be paid at an enhanced rate of £18.51 to £27.44p/hr
