Quick Staff UK is pleased to be the recruiter of choice for an established manufacturing business based in the Ystrad Mynach area. On their behalf we are seeking a production operative to join their existing team. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Comply with company Health & Safety policy
• Assemble, test and pack products against required standards, whilst maintaining high standards of performance and efficiency
• Test products
• Liaising with colleagues
Key Requirements:
• Able to follow detailed work instructions, procedures and standards
• Able to demonstrate commitment, flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to demonstrate good communication and team working skills.
• Must exhibit a positive progressive attitude and welcome continuous improvement
• Must exhibit problem solving skills and able to assist with implementation of improvements in the manufacturing process
Hours of work:
8.00am – 4.00pm
Monday to Friday
