Quick Staff UK is currently recruiting on behalf of a friendly and expanding service team based in Caerphilly. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a busy office environment and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing engineer rotas, holidays, and daily job allocation
- Answering and directing calls to customers and suppliers in a professional manner
- Updating records, processing paperwork, and maintaining filing systems using in-house software
- Handling incoming/outgoing correspondence and engineer paperwork
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies
- Maintaining accurate records of vehicles and other company assets
Key Requirements
- Previous administration and customer service experience (essential)
- Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite and general IT systems (training provided)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with initiative and the ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Hours of Work
Tuesday to Friday, 9.00am – 4.30pm (alternative working patterns may be considered).
