Quick Staff UK is pleased to recruit for an established manufacturing business in the Croespenmaen area of Blackwood. On their behalf, we are seeking a small number of Machine Operatives to join their team on a potential temporary to permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery
- Loading components into machinery
- Inspecting and packaging of finished goods
- Manual handling with stacking pallets, wrapping and moving goods on pallet trolleys.
- Cleaning machine components
- Housekeeping in own area.
- Recording production figures at the end of each shift.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience of machine operating in a factory environment
- Maintaining concentration required to ensure consistency and fault monitoring
- Ability to complete basic paperwork
Hours of Work:
6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am (12hr shifts)
4 shifts on / 4 shifts off
Salary:
£12.21p/hr + £55.50 per week attendance bonus
