Quick Staff UK is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based in Bedwas, Caerphilly. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous factory experience who is looking for a long-term role.
Duties include:
- Setting up and operating machinery
- Identifying and reporting faults or breakdowns
- Completing basic production paperwork
- Following all health & safety procedures, including PPE use
- Working as part of a team to meet quality standards
- Keeping the work area clean and safe
What we’re looking for:
- Machine operating or factory experience (preferred)
- Good attention to detai
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- A reliable team player with a positive attitude
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:45pm
Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
