Quick Staff UK is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Operator for a 6-week temporary assignment with an established company based in Brecon.
This is a full-time position working a four-day week, Monday to Thursday, offering 40 paid hours each week and a three-day weekend.
We’re looking for someone with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and previous forklift experience who is available to start on Monday 21st September and can commit to the full six-week assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading materials and deliveries
- Moving stock and materials around the site
- Storing products safely in designated areas
- Supporting warehouse and production operations as required
- Carrying out basic pre-use checks on the forklift
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
- Following all site Health & Safety procedures
Key Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence – essential
- Previous Counterbalance FLT operating experience
- Confident operating a forklift within a busy working environment
- Available to start Monday 21st September
- Able to commit to the 6-week assignment
- Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
- Good awareness of Health & Safety
- Willing to assist with general warehouse/site duties when required
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Thursday
- 7:00am – 5:30pm
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day
- 40 paid hours per week
- £13.26 per hour
- £530.40 gross pay per week
- 6-week temporary assignment
