Quick Staff UK is recruiting for an experienced Solderer to join a well-established electronics manufacturer based in Cwmbran. This is a hands-on electronics production role, and previous soldering experience is essential. The position is long-term with the potential to become permanent after 13 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Soldering electronic components and PCB boards
- Carrying out accurate hand soldering to required quality standards
- Working with small electronic components
- Inspecting completed soldering work for quality
- Identifying and reporting defects or issues
- Following work instructions and production procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
What We’re Looking For:
Applicants must have previous soldering experience, ideally within an electronics or PCB manufacturing environment.
You will also need:
- Good hand-to-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with small components
- The ability to produce consistent, high-quality soldering work
- A quality-focused approach
- Good reliability and attendance
Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday
7:00am – 4:30pm
Every Friday off.
Pay Rate:
£13.52 per hour
