Quick Staff UK is urgently recruiting a General Operative to join a small manufacturing site in Newtown for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is available straight away. Initially, this assignment is for 1-2 months, however, our client may consider making it a long-term role.
The Role:
- Painting wooden structures and components
- Keeping the workshop clean, tidy and organised
- Assisting with general manufacturing and labouring duties
- Moving materials around the site
- Cutting timber
- Preparing materials for despatch
- Keeping work area clean and tidy
- Supporting the production team with a variety of day-to-day tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Available to start Monday 21st September
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working
- Happy carrying out manual work in a manufacturing environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Previous manufacturing or labouring experience is advantageous but not essential
Hours:
7.00am – 4.30pm
