Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the full recruitment process across temporary and permanent roles
- Sourcing, screening and registering candidates
- Arranging and coordinating interviews
- Managing candidate compliance, references and onboarding checks
- Maintaining and updating the CRM database
- Supporting weekly payroll processes for temporary workers
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of temp workforce placements
- Communicating with candidates via phone, email, SMS and face-to-face
- Providing general admin support to the Director and wider team
- Supporting business development activity where required
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience
- At least 1 year in a sales or customer-facing role (preferred)
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
- Driven, competitive and motivated to succeed
- A positive attitude and big personality — someone who brings energy to the role

Hours of work:
Monday–Thursday 8:45am – 5:00pm)
Friday 8:45am – 4:30pm
