We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to support a busy warehouse and operations team in Caerphilly. This is a key role ensuring goods are received, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Liaise with freight companies, suppliers, and customers
- Prepare shipping and dispatch documentation
- Track orders and ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate stock records and system updates
- Investigate delivery issues and support resolution
- Support stock control and general warehouse administration
Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse admin, or similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Good IT skills and ability to manage systems accurately
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Hours of Work:
12.00pm – 4.00pm Monday to Friday (20hrs per week)
